| Description This contract is for the renewal of Tiburon Automated Reporting System (ARS) annual maintenance and support with Central Square Technologies in an amount not to exceed $208,488.17. Under this agreement, maintenance and support will be provided for the ARS and LawRECORDS system and software. This software provides mobile CAD and record management functions to support the daily operations and job functions of the Savannah Police and Savannah Fire Departments. This is a sole source due to the vendor being the original provider of the software and no other vendor can perform maintenance on the software systems. Terms for this renewal are from September 24, 2026 – September 23, 2027. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.S.
