| Description This is for Contract Modification No. 1 for Janitorial and Floor Care Services for Sanitation with Jani-King of Savannah (6605 Abercorn St #200 Savannah, GA)(B) in the amount of $12,478. The original contract was utilized to provide janitorial services to the Sanitation Offices at Dean Forest Road which include the Senior Director’s Office and Refuse Disposal Administration Office. This modification is needed to provide additional janitorial services to the Sanitation Headquarters in Garden City, GA. This contract was originally approved by small purchase in the amount of $18,412. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $30,890.
