BCP Tremont, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 2367 Tremont Road, a development of two warehouses and office space totaling 338,400 sq. ft. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 7.7 equivalent resident unit development on Tremont Road. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
