| Description Recommend approval of a Major Subdivision. The proposed subdivision will be subdividing the existing parcel 2-2A (PIN 21047 03044) and will create (107) individual Lots 1537-1643, Common Areas 5B-1, 5B- 2, 5B-3, 5B-4, and 5B-5, Public Right of Way for Siskin Road, Chipmunk Lane, Persimmon Street, Skylark Road, Lacebark Road, and Turpentine Trail totaling 34.643 acres. The proposed subdivision is located within Aldermanic District 5, and the site is being developed in accordance with the New Hampstead Planned Unit Development previously approved in 2019 and amended in 2025. The (564) total units will be a mix of townhome units and single-family residential units.
