| Description This is to procure a contract for painting services with Moseler LLC dba Founders Maintenance & Restoration (7505 Waters Ave. Ste.10-B) in an amount not to exceed $75,000. The Facilities Maintenance Department will utilize these services to paint the interior of the W. W. Law Community Center Gymnasium to include the walls, ceiling, mezzanine, steps, doors and handrailing.
Six (6) proposals were received in response to this solicitation. Five (5)vendors were deemed non-responsive. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on April 8,2027. Delivery: As needed. Terms-Net30 day. The bidder was:
