Description

This is for the renewal and contract Modification No. 1 for Intellivue/ IntelliSync Cloud System with Intellinetics, Inc. in the amount of $27,412. Intellinetics provides the City of Savannah's annual maintenance and support for the Savannah Police Department’s Intellivue cloud system, as well as for the Human Resource Department’s Intelli Cloud Suite and IntelliSync support. Intellintics is the sole provider for these applications and services due to the software being proprietary to this vendor.
 


Intellivue is a document management system utilized by the Public Safety’s Record’s Unit and allows scanning and retrieving of incident reports. This platform contains comprehensive security and access control features. Documents can be secured in multiple ways and include document “sealing” functions necessary for Public Safety environments. It also features an automated role base redaction tool, which eliminates the need for duplicates and always protects the integrity of the original document in the process and adhering to public safety compliance records laws. The renewal cost is $22,319, an increase of 5% due to a normal inflation increase.
 

 

Intelli Cloud Suite/IntelliSync is the current platform utilized by the Human Resources Department. This platform provides methods to improve performance while reducing costs and risks. It provides staff with the ability to easily access documents while keeping them safe and secure. In addition to the reduction of paper, it also eliminates the need for large amounts of storage space for paper documents. For proprietary reasons, the process design for indexing the files into a digital format can only be performed by this vendor. The renewal cost is $5,093, an increase of 2.9% due to a normal inflation increase.

 

This is the first time these renewals have been before council as they were combined to get both renewals from Intellinetics on the same renewal schedule.
