Beacon New Homes, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Resort at New Hampstead, a development consisting of 305 single family homes in the Travis Field service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 305 equivalent residential unit (ERU) development. The water & sewer connection fee, totaling $1,952,000, is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen, and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
