Recommend approval to award an annual contract for janitorial services to Superior Janitorial Services of Georgia in the amount of $64,500.00.

The Buildings and Grounds Department will use these services at Grayson Stadium to ensure the facility is clean and ready for all Savannah Bananas games, Calvary Day School games, and all other scheduled events. Work will include:

• Sweep and clean floors and decking
• Clean and disinfect drinking fountain units
• Clean and service restrooms
• Empty trash cans
• Wash floors
• Clean all table for public use
• Pick up and remove all litter
• Clean walls

This contract will be from April 27, 2018 through April 26, 2018.
