Description

Recommend approval to procure construction quality assurance services for the landfill Phase 1D expansion project from Atlantic Coast Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $639,995.00.

This expansion is needed to meet the community future needs for municipal solid waste disposal. This contract is for Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services. These CQA services are for professional engineering, sampling, and testing service as required by the plans and specifications to document compliance with all requirements of the authority regulating construction of this facility (EPD), including all testing, monitoring, and reporting required during construction.
