| Description This purchase is for a Class III four-wheel drive truck with a nine-foot Reading landscape dump as a life-cycle replacement for a 2011 Ford F-350 truck with a dump bed. The Commission advertised a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with a deadline of March 9, 2026. A total of six (6) bids were received, and two did not meet specifications. Based on the evaluation of all responsive submissions, O.C Welch Ford submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid, meeting all specifications. This purchase is a 2026 budgeted item in the amount of $125,000.
