Bradley Lot Development LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Bradley Point South Phase 7, a development consisting of 31 single-family homes located off Endicott Drive in the Gateway service area in Aldermanic District 6. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 31-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $109,585 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
