| Description Beacon New Homes LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Beacon Point, a development consisting of 317 single-family homes located off Highgate Boulevard in the Travis Field Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 317-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $2,749,975 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
