| Description This is for an annual contract for janitorial and floor services to New Beginnings (LOCAL) in an amount not to exceed $61,558.04. This contract will provide janitorial services for three (3) Sanitation facilities: Sanitation Administration Office, Refuse Disposal office, and the Sanitation Head Quarters. This annual contract will expire on April 22, 2027, with four (4) renewal options available. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 Days.
