This contract is for the procurement of annual subscription/maintenance from ESRI in the amount of $120,300. 

Maintaining this agreement ensures continued access to the ArcGIS Enterprise platform, ArcGIS Online services, and associated extensions and applications used to support mapping, spatial analysis, and operational decision-making throughout the City. The system supports critical functions such as planning, infrastructure management, public safety, asset tracking, and data visualization. The Small Government Enterprise Agreement provides a broad suite of ArcGIS software, user types, and extensions, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online user licenses, and analytical tools such as Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, and 3D Analyst. The agreement also includes service credits, software updates, patches, and technical support to ensure the platform remains secure, functional, and up to date. Delivery: As needed.
