The Employment Agreement with City Manager Patrick Monahan expires May 1, 2020.  All terms of the agreement would be continued under an amendment until appointment of a new City Manager, probably sometime this summer.  The amendment would extend terms month-to-month unless either the City Council or the incumbent terminates earlier in accordance with the agreement.  Under the terms of the current agreement, Council can terminate with three day's notice, and the incumbent can terminate with 30 day's notice.
