| Description This is to purchase a replacement AQ400 Discrete Analyzer from Seal Analytical in the amount of $48,425. This equipment will be used for analyzing, monitoring, and recording chemical compounds in wastewater. To improve water quality, over 2000 tests are performed monthly. The City’s five wastewater facilities utilize this critical equipment to maintain the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit requirements. This is a sole source purchase because the equipment is proprietary and the vendor is the only supplier of the equipment. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.S.
