| Description This procurement is for an annual contract for late-night alternative transportation services with Downtowner in the amount of $534,840. The Parking Services Department uses these services to provide on-demand transportation for populations within a defined geographic area or time. Downtowner provides services between 5 P.M. and 5 A.M. within the greater downtown area using two (2) electric vehicles provided by the company. These transport services are for workers who park and live outside of the central business district and need safe, reliable transportation to and from their residences during hours when public transportation is not available. This modification is needed to extend these services for one year. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
