| Description Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No. 1 for the Springfield Basin Model Calibration with Thomas & Hutton Engineering in the amount of $47,880.00. The original contract with Thomas & Hutton Engineering was for basin model calibration and updates and consultant services needed to perform additional basin modeling. This amendment is for additional modeling of a fully built out lower Springfield Canal basin, and for a new canal bypass and pump station modification to allow 100-year, 24-hour storm event conveyance. These improvements will facilitate development within the future Canal District development, and allow for drainage improvements throughout the rest of the Springfield Basin. The original contract was approved by Council on August 3, 2017 in the amount of $82,500.00. The total contract amount to date including this modification is $130,380.00. Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No. 1 for the Springfield Basin Model Calibration with Thomas & Hutton Engineering in the amount of $47,880.00. | |
