Description
The initial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was executed in September 2018 and was part of the Commission's agreement to have Customs and Border Protection (CBP) available at the Federal Inspection Services Facility (FIS) for processing international general aviation and commercial air traffic. Under the terms of the agreement, the Commission is responsible for providing and replacing the CBP's information technology and communications equipment every three to five years. The equipment replacement has an estimated cost of $269,137.97. The agreement also requires the Commission to pay recurring annual costs of $12,400.62 for internet and phone services.
