Description This contract is to procure a parking matters study from Stantec Consulting Services in the amount of $128,285. The Parking and Mobility Services Department will use Stantec to conduct the analysis, evaluate the existing parking situation, and develop strategies to optimize parking utilization and efficiency. The vendor will be responsible for the following:
The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP), which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. The proposals were evaluated based on the proposer’s qualifications and experience, technical capabilities, references, Savannah First, Fees, and DBE participation. Two (2) proposals were received in response to this RFP. All proposals were reviewed and fully evaluated by a selection committee of City staff. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
