| Description Recommend approval to award a seasonal contract to provide meals for the Summer Lunch Program to the Savannah-Chatham Board of Education in the amount of $3.45 per lunch for a total of $280,000.00. The Summer Lunch program will run May 28, 2019 through July 19, 2019 and will serve an estimated 80,000 meals. This a sole source because the Summer Lunch Program is fully funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Federal guidelines mandate that local school nutrition services be utilized to provide this service where feasible. | |
