| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for event management software from Ungerboeck Software in the amount of $26,700.00. The original cost of the software was $144,800.00. The annual maintenance agreement is an additional cost of $26,700.00, and will provide updates and upgrades for up to four additional years. The software is used by the Civic Center staff for efficient and trackable operations. This will continue to provide the proper tools for the Civic Center to effectively and efficiently operate shows and events. This contract was originally awarded on January 4, 2018. The vendor's robust solutions to booking, logistics, contracting, and invoicing has streamlined workflow and made communication throughout the department better. This software purchase aligns with the City of Savannah's mission, "One City, One Direction: Forward." The contract term shall be from April 11, 2019 through April 10, 2020. | |
