| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for security services for City Lot to Sunstates Security, LLC in the estimated amount of $204,866.00. The security services for City Lot will be used by various City Departments located in City Lot to monitor the gate and patrol the grounds which houses City owned property after work hours, weekends, and Holidays when City employees are not working. The DBE was waived due to the absence of subcontracting opportunities. The contract term shall be from April 11, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
