North Godley Developers, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Highland Falls Phase 7, a development consisting of 21 single family homes. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 21- equivalent resident-unit development located on Headlands Court off Highlands Boulevard. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
