Bradley Lot Development, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Bradley Point Phase 9, a development consisting of 28 single family homes. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 28 equivalent resident-unit development located on Dunnomon Drive in the Gateway service area. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
