Coastal Georgia Development Group, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Cumberland Point Phase V, a development consisting of 15 single-family homes. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 16 equivalent resident-unit development on Greyfield Circle in the Godley West Service area. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
