| Description Recommend approval to an annual contract for commercial irrigation services from Turf Services Unlimited, Inc. in the estimated amount of $60,000.00. The contract will be used by the Greenscapes Division city-wide to replace and repair of underground sprinkler irrigation systems within the City of Savannah parks, squares, and public rights of way. The Greenscapes Division does not have the internal resources required to adequately maintain and repair the City’s existing irrigation systems nor install systems for new park projects. This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released. The contract term shall be from March 14, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
