| Description Recommend approval to award contract in the amount of $62,500 to Business Information System, Inc., to install audio hardware and recording software in Courtrooms C and D of the the Recorder's Court of Chatham County. This upgrade will upgrade and improve the audio and recording systems that are critical during Court hearings. The equipment will also allow video conferencing with the jail and a better audio recording. Currently, the mics are not working properly and the connection with the jail keeps going in and out; therefore, when courts are being taped you cannot hear what is being said. This is a sole source request. | |
