| Title 10. Authorize the City Manager to Procure a Portable Power Lift from Mohawk Lifts in the Amount of $48,950 (Event No. 8070) | |

| Description Recommend approval to procure a portable power lift from Mohawk Lifts in the amount of $48,950. The lift will be utilized by the Fleet Services Department to provide staff with the ability to safely work under heavy equipment to conduct preventative maintenance and/or repairs. The lift will be replacing existing equipment that is not economical to repair for use. This purchase is being made using the Georgia State contract for power lifts(Contract # SWC 90817-001). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia, awarded to Mohawk Lifts and expires February 24, 2021. Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. | |
