| Description Recommend approval of an annual maintenance agreement for well maintenance with Woodrow Sapp Well Drilling for up to $60,750. The Water Supply and Treatment Division will use this vendor for maintenance of the forty-seven (47) City wells to provide safe, potable water at pressures and flows to accommodate residential, commercial, industrial needs and fire protection. Service will include routine preventive maintenance and repairs including video inspection, flow testing and repairs to well pumps and casings. The contract term expires on September 9, 2021 and includes three annual renewal options. | |
