| Description This contract is for Sanitation Curbside Calendar Packets with Proforma PrintSource in an amount not to exceed $54,948. The Sanitation Department will utilize this contract to produce the 2023 curbside calendar packets. A packet contains a letter from the Senior Sanitation Director, 8.5” X 11” calendar/schedule, and a service guide. The packet provides information regarding Sanitation services and guidelines to the City of Savannah residents. The packets are distributed on an annual basis and are zip tied to residential refuse carts.
The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on October 12, 2023. This contract also includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
