| Description The Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) serves as a comprehensive management and audit tool for parking operations. Under the stipulated service agreement, preventive maintenance will be executed on all components of the PARCS infrastructure, encompassing three (3) cashier terminals, five (5) exiting pay stations, nine (9) entry ticket dispensers, and thirty-eight (38) License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras. This procurement is a sole source purchase due to the existing service agreement held by Carolina Time & Parking Group. | |
