| Description Diio is an international airline data tool that serves as an indispensable asset to various departments, including Marketing, Air Service Development, Operations, and Finance. Diio provides the Marketing Department with airline seating and schedule forecasting, as well as passenger and market research data. In the Operations Department, Diio facilitates access to real-time flight activity and reporting, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly operations data to airport staff and tenants for enhanced planning. Finally, the Finance Department uses Diio to process landing and unassigned gate usage fees. Per the existing contract, a rate increase of up to 3% is allowed. This procurement is identified as a sole source item since Diio is the unique provider offering these comprehensive functions within a single software platform, and staff are renewing an existing software agreement. The request for the renewal is for a period of up to two years and is subject to review annually.
