| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute Contract Modification No. 3 with CHA Consulting, Inc. for project management consultant services for the Cultural Arts facility construction in the amount of $35,400. The original contract was for oversight services for the construction of the new Cultural Arts Center. This amendment is needed due to weather and other construction delays. The original contract was approved by Council on April 17, 2014 in the amount of $248,800. The total amount of this contract to date, including this amendment, is $486,100. | |
