| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for computer hardware equipment to New Century Systems in the estimated amount of $280,000.00. The City of Savannah will use this contract to purchase new and replacement desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and monitors for use by City staff. Existing equipment used by staff is replaced on a four to five year cycle to ensure functionality and processing speeds remain current. The contract term will be from November 9, 2017 through December 31, 2018. | |
