| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute an annual contract with Osburn Associates, Inc. for traffic sign faces in the estimated amount of $70,000. This contract will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to provide street and traffic sign faces, reflective sheeting, and associated materials to be utilized for fabricating signs for the City of Savannah. This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released. The contract term shall be from November 7, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
