Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation has requested a water and sewer agreement for Gulfstream Service Center East Phase 2, a development consisting of a 161,917 sq.ft. aircraft hangar located at 1000 Davidson Drive in the Crossroads Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 13.62 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $58,089.30 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
