GA-HYG Imports, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for AutoNation Hyundai, a development consisting of a 600 sq. ft office space expansion located at 7011 Abercorn Street in the President Street Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 4. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 0.15 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection fee totaling $577, is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.

Approval
