Staff requests approval to execute a quit claim deed to clear title issues affecting the property located at 107 Division Street (PIN 20716 05014). The property was subsequently redeemed by the prior owner, Queen Daniels, in March 2005 (Order recorded in Book 285E/Page 397). Ms. Daniels has since deceased. The executor of her estate is attempting to sell the property and has requested a quit claim deed from the City to clear prior title issues. The City is currently owed back taxes from 2016 through 2020 in the amount of $360.66.
