Description

Recommend approval to procure soft drink concessions to Coca-Cola Bottling Company in the amount of $25,300.00.  This service will be used to replace and upgrade existing equipment located in the Civic Center and provide soft drink products for customers of the events held at the Civic Center. This contract includes a $10,000.00 annual sponsorship to the City for Coca-Cola advertising which will be deposited into the Civic Center operating fund.

This contract will be from May 24, 2018 through December 31, 2018.

This was not identified as an SBE project because the cost estimate was less than $25,000.00.
