Description

At an April 30 workshop via ZOOM, Council reviewed a draft "Rules of Council."  The draft mostly followed a compilation of prior Rules of Council and similar rules followed by the Fulton County Commission.  By consensus, Council generally agreed with most provisions except Agenda Procedures (prevously Rule 10 10 but now Rule 11) and Officers (previously Rule 19, now Rule 20).  The Council generally agreed to write per discussion but include options based on suggestions by Council members.  Attached is Draft 8 of the Rules of Council with a red-line version to show changes from the original document discussed on April 30.
