J. Eady Construction, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for water and sewer extensions to serve a single-family residence under construction at 1801 Champion Street in Liberty City. The project requires a water and sewer extension in order to be served by City services. 

The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this one-equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
