| Description This contract is for the procurement of additional design and construction administration services for the renovations of the Savannah Police Department headquarters with Raymond Engineering, Inc in the amount of $120,000. Design of the renovation originally began as a building envelope repair project and then grew into a more substantial renovation to meet the needs of the police and the community. The City requested additional scope be added to the contract to include areas of the building originally not included in the renovation and to upgrade all areas of the building to current codes and improve accessibility. This is a sole source because the vendor is the engineer on record. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
