| Description Cowan Investment, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Supply Chain, a development of three warehouse buildings with offices at 500 Morgan Lakes Industrial Boulevard. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 7.69 equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
