| Description Savannah International Trade, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 302 & 310 International Trade Parkway, for two warehouse distribution centers off Highway 21 in the Savannah International Trade Park. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 36.7 (water) and 23.7 (sewer) equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
