Description

The subject property is the second phase in a subdivision named Oakwood at New Hampstead located at the intersection of Highgate Boulevard and Mage Street. This proposed phase totals 13.872 acres and will consist of 47 single family lots with varying lot sizes. Oakwood Phase 1B will share the entrance from Phase 1A. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will be City of Savannah water and sewer services. According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0105G, a portion of the subject property is located in Zone AE, a flood hazard zone, having a base flood elevation of 17 feet.
