Approcval to execute a contract with Boiler Equipment Company for the upgrade of three Kewani Boilers in the Amount of $68,400.  This contract is needed because the boilers have been used for over 25 years and they are in need of a major upgrade.  The upgrade will consist of: the removal of and disposal of the old gas fire burner, install of a new combustion style burner and related components, etc. in each of the three boilers.  This is a turnkey job and will include removal, installation, startup, testing and training. This is a 2020 budget item in the amount of $80,000. The following bids were received:
