Approval to procure one 4x4 cab tractor from Blanchard Equipment in the amount of $79,915.79. The tractor will replace a 4x2 tractor, which is currently used by the Airfield Department. The existing tractor has reached its useful life and is underpowered for pulling the newer, larger mowers.  The replacement tractor will be 4x4 and will have an increased horsepower to pull the larger mowers and maneuver through all areas of the airfield. The new tractor will have a 6 year/3000-hour powertrain warranty. This is a 2020 budget item in the amount of $80,000. The following bids were received:
