| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 to the annual contract for elevator servicing and maintenance with Georgia Elevator Company dba Oracle in the amount of $1,860.00. The contract is be used to provide maintenance to City-owned elevators. This modification is needed to add additional servicing for the elevator located at 602 E. Lathrop Avenue, formerly the Great Dane Building, which the City has recently begun to lease. This contract was originally approved by Council on September 28, 2017 in the amount of $122,560.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $124,420.00. | |
