During the fiscal year, supplemental budget adjustments are necessary to maintain the adopted legal level of control set forth in the Budget Ordinance. This adjustment will move funding between existing capital projects in order to support the following projects:

• Improvements to the Carver Village, Ogeecheeton, Hudson Hill, Cloverdale, Brickyard, Collat St. and Allen St. basketball courts (District 1).
• Construction of an entrance sign for Woodville Neighborhood (District 1).
• Recreational improvements within the Holly Heights Neighborhood (District 3).
• Installation of a gazebo and picnic tables at Treat Park (District 3).
• Twickenham and Pine Gardens neighborhood signs (District 3).
• Neighborhood park improvements in Edgemere/Sackville (District 3).
• Construction of Windsor Park (District 6).
• Enhancements associated with Veterans Memorial Park (District 6).

The Fiscal Year 2018 Budget was approved by City Council on December 21, 2017. This Fifth CIP Amendment for 2018 will align funding to complete ongoing CIP projects.
